The "Being Blind Improved My Life" tract is my personal testimony printed in Springfield, Ohio in December of 1983. It became the starting point for my desire to openly share my thankfulness for the wonderful truth in the Word of God. I want to declare my praise to the LORD for first drawing me to receive the gift of salvation to EVERLASTING life when I asked God to take control of my life.

The "Spiritual Sight Series" artical is my more detailed personal testimony first published on this website in August 2007. I did not begin to grow in the faith that God had given to me until I began to attend a local fundamental church, and to start my own personal study of the Scriptures.

When one of the four index pages above is selected, that page has a brief description of my method OF choice to place the Bible studies within that group. The Character studies are not necessarily to be considered as biographical, and may involve more than one character in certain interactions in a single Bible study. The Topical studies may, or may not, include some important content about Biblical characters; but the selected topic is the central purpose of the study.

At the top of each Bible study page,there is the choice of a link to return to the group index page, and one to return directly to the Home Page.

COMMENTS FROM THE WEBSITE AUTHOR

The Master's Prayer Network website provides Bible studies using various passages from Scripture; and the comments in each Bible study uses related verses and some referenced material. Then each study concludes with my own personal reflections in prayer to the LORD, that I may be strengthened in my faith through those things which I considered as I prepared the Bible study. May those who visit this website be encouraged to read and study the Bible on their own, and to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them closer to the true and living God. d. Some of the content has evidence of my perspective as a totally blind individual: the author and site manager. When I started to develop this web site in 2004, my first goal was to post Bible studies that I had already written beginning in the early 1990's, with distribution through an Email list of contacts. Initially the MPN represented the "Men's Prayer Network," but as women began to request to be part of the list, I changed my designation to the "Master's Prayer network." I am a Christian through the mercy of salvation in Christ, and I have been part of a fundamental local church since 1976.

Some of my MPN Bible studies have the main Scripture verses as I prepared them in my own personal paraphrase as part of my method of study of the authorized text. My approach for paraphrasing was comparison of several Bible versions, and some of the words were examined further by using the Online Bible Hebrew and Greek concordance definitions. Each of those Bible studies state my use of personal paraphrase in the INTRODUCTION section, and they are in no way certified Bible text.

The Lord has used all events in my life, just as He uses the events in each persons life, for purposes that we may never completely understand while in our mortal bodies. He is faithful to complete that which He starts, and His mercy and love endure forever!

Preparing material for this web site helps me to have more thorough study and meditation on my own; while I still use Christian worship services and programs to direct me toward the will of God. Verse four from Psalm 37 instructs, "Delight yourself also in the LORD: and he shall give you the desires of your heart." Further discovery of the marvelous attributes of the True and Living God are now my greatest joy. As the apostle Paul said, "that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection." From Genesis to Revelation, God is immutable in his being, and the Bible is the only source of the early history of man beginning with his creation by the LORD God. All primary causes of man's activity and motivation can be found in the pages of Scripture. But the most important revelation we can gain from the Bible, is to know personally, God the Father, his only begotten Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit who is ever active in the affairs of men. Our creator is the Great I Am, Jehovah, the Selff -existing One, Lord of lords, King of kings, Emmanuel, the Great Shepherd, the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world, Redeemer, Almighty God, Prince of Peace, and so much more! To know Christ in your heart is to have life eternal, because he came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. Let all creatures praise His Holy name!
